Sin dall’antichità il pane ha avuto una grande importanza nella vita dell’uomo. I nostri piccoli ospiti impasteranno una pagnottina di acqua e farina creando diverse forme di pane e focacce secondo l’antica tradizione romana.

Il tutor svelerà agli alunni i gusti e le abitudini culinarie dell’Antica Roma, all’interno di un vero banchetto di epoca Imperiale. I ragazzi conosceranno la cucina dell’Antica Roma, i pasti della giornata del populus e dei patrizi, Marco Gavio Apicio ed il De re coquinaria. Attraverso un gioco, stileranno un antico menù romano.

Gli alunni  apprenderanno come è evoluta l’offerta del divertimento nei secoli per far fronte alla necessità di svagarsi, da sempre presente negli esseri umani. Il percorso intende far comprendere cosa significasse nell’antichità correre con le bighe, assistere ad una naumachia e cosa significhi oggi creare intrattenimento, fare cinema e spettacolo.
