1. Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site www.cinecittaworld.it
   
   The website www.cinecittaworld.it (hereinafter, for brevity, also the "Site") aims to provide the user with useful information about the "Cinecittà World" theme park and the services provided by Cinecittà World S.p.A. (hereinafter, also, "CCW").
   
   In the context of this document (hereinafter also, the "Conditions"), the term "visitors" (hereinafter also, the "Users" or, individually, the "User") refers to any person who accesses the Site and/or uses it, with or without CCW's permission, regardless of whether they are a registered user of the Site or registered for a service offered through the Site.
    
2. Acceptance of the Conditions
   
   By accessing the Site, consulting and/or acquiring its contents and/or services (through reading, downloading, or any other procedure), uploading information and/or materials for upload, and/or using the Site and its contents in any other way, the User accepts and agrees to comply with these Conditions without any modification, as well as to comply with all applicable legal regulations.
   
   If the User does not agree with even one of these Conditions (or with any further rules, instructions, prescriptions, etc., present on the Site), they will not be authorized to access or use the Site.
    
3. Access to the Site. Limitations and Responsibility
   
   Access to the Site and/or its contents/services may be limited by CCW to a maximum number of accesses and/or a specific duration within a defined time frame.
    
4. User Registration. Account
   
   In order to allow the User to access and use certain resources, contents, and/or services on the Site or to upload materials (upload) and/or send communications via the Site, the User may be required to register and provide certain personal data and/or information.
   
   The User agrees to provide complete, accurate, and truthful data and information, as well as to notify CCW of any changes to the data and information provided. CCW, however, reserves the right to refuse and/or block the User – at its sole discretion – from accessing the Site, registering, and/or using the resources, contents, and services available on the Site, as well as the right to revoke, interrupt, or suspend the "Account" created for the User.
   
   
5. Contents and Services
   
   If the User wishes to access, receive, or download contents, materials, or services available on the Site or through the Site (e.g., sounds, images, videos, etc.), the User must first verify and ensure – taking full responsibility for this – that the access and/or receiving devices used support the access/receiving (download) or transmission process and are compatible with the format of the contents, materials, or services available on or through the Site (hereinafter, for brevity, also the "Contents").
   Once the access/receiving (download) and/or transmission of the Contents has taken place, the User will no longer be able to:
   
   - save and/or use the Contents through devices and/or tools other than those used for accessing/receiving, processing, or modifying the Contents;
   
   - request a refund of any amount paid in advance;
   
   - copy, distribute, or forward the Contents to third parties;
   
   - allow third parties to access the Contents.
    
6. Authentication Credentials. Account Data
   
   The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their authentication credentials (ID, Password, etc.) and, in any case, all data necessary for accessing and/or using the Site.
   The User is also responsible for all activities carried out through the use of their Account.
   The User must immediately notify CCW of any unauthorized use of their Account.
   In the event of communication to third parties and, in any case, unauthorized use of authentication credentials, CCW may suspend, interrupt, or cancel the registration, Account, or otherwise block the User's access to the Site at any time.
    
7. Modification of the Site and Conditions
   
   CCW may make any modifications, integrations, and/or updates it deems necessary and/or appropriate to the Site, the Contents, the programs, and/or other materials available on or through the Site, including these Conditions, at any time, at its discretion, without prior notice to the User.
   
   Any modification and/or update of these Conditions (and/or any other terms and conditions contained on the Site) may be communicated by CCW to the User through publication on this Site or other means of communication. Any User accessing the Site after the modifications and/or updates have been published on the Site or otherwise communicated will accept and be bound by these modifications and/or updates from the date of publication and/or communication, even if the User has not viewed the webpage where they were published.
   
   
8. Use of the Site. Prohibitions
   
   CCW grants the User a limited right to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use and, in any case, in full compliance with all rights of CCW and/or third parties (including copyright, industrial property rights, etc.) related to the Contents, information, and/or materials present and/or available through the Site.
   
   The User is therefore expressly prohibited, by way of example and not limited to:
   
   - using the Site and its Contents for purposes other than those mentioned above, particularly for commercial purposes;
   
   - any use of the Site and its Contents not expressly permitted under these Conditions and/or the specific terms and conditions contained on the Site, including, by way of example, downloading, modifying, communicating, distributing, transmitting, copying, duplicating, or publishing the Contents available and/or derivable through the Site, including personal data, information, graphics, images, photographs, sketches, descriptions, text collections, videos, audio, music, sounds, utility programs (utilities), software, and software collections, drivers, and other auxiliary programs, and the content of newsletters sent via email or similar communications, as transmitted by CCW or on behalf of CCW;
   
   - derivative use of the Site or its contents (e.g., framing), as well as any use of the Site's contents on another site, server, or networked computer environment;
   
   - using the Site or its contents in violation of any applicable law or, in any case, any use that may cause damage to the Site itself (including the interruption or limitation of the Site or its contents and services);
   
   - accessing or attempting to access any part and/or content of the Site or Accounts of other Users or networks or computer systems connected to the Site without authorization;
   
   - collecting or attempting to collect personal and/or confidential information about third parties through the Site.
    
9. Copyright Protection
   
   All rights to the Content on the Site or available through it are reserved by CCW in accordance with current legislation. By accessing and using the Site, CCW does not grant (and the User does not acquire) any rights over the Content viewed, acquired, and/or used by the User. The content and materials on the Site, including their selection and arrangement, are owned by CCW or affiliated companies of CCW and/or their suppliers and are protected by law, particularly by current copyright and industrial property laws. The authorization to access and use the Site (limited to the purposes and objectives mentioned above) is expressly subject to the User's acknowledgment, respect, and protection of any notices, warnings, and/or provisions related to copyright protection, industrial property protection (patents, trademarks, and/or other distinguishing marks of CCW or third parties), and, in any case, any other rights related to the protection of any form of Content on the Site.
   
   The User does not acquire ownership and/or any rights over email addresses, URLs, or other personal identifiers assigned by CCW or chosen by the User to access Content available through the Site.
   
   The User's limited rights to use these personal identifiers will be valid as long as the registration or the Account created by or for the User to access the Site or the respective Content is valid. At the end of the validity period of the registration or the Account, CCW is free to revoke, suspend, and/or terminate the use of the User's personal identifiers or assign them to another User at its sole discretion.
   
   
10. CCW Trademarks and Distinctive Signs
    
    “Cinecittà World” is a trademark available to Cinecittà World S.r.l.
    
    Any other trademark, name, sign, logo, internet address, product or model name, and derivatives that describe products or services of CCW or CCW affiliated companies, or that contain the words “Cinecittà World” and are included in the content of the Site, is a registered trademark and/or owned/available to CCW or its affiliated companies.
    
    Other names or distinctive signs of products or companies used on the Site may be registered trademarks and/or owned by their respective owners.
    
    The User is expressly prohibited from using in any way and in any form the trademarks and distinctive signs of CCW or third parties present on the Site or available through it.
    
    The Site, graphics, and texts are subject to protection, and all rights are reserved to CCW or the legitimate third-party owners.
     
11. Information and Materials Transmitted by the User (Upload). Prohibitions and Limitations.
    
    The information, content, and materials entered or sent by the User to the Site or through it (hereinafter, the "User Materials") are subject to the following provisions.
    
    User Materials refer to all information, content, and/or materials transmitted or transmissible to CCW or third parties (including other Users) through the Site or uploaded by a User onto the Site or other connected tools. User Materials include, for example, photographs, videos, other images, sound material, graphics, document files or data, information regarding individuals or other types, messages, email communications, or other types, files, texts, opinions, and other information.
    
    By uploading User Materials to the Site or transmitting or making them available to CCW or third parties, the User grants CCW an unlimited, free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right to use them, even for commercial purposes. This right includes, for example, the right to copy, sublicense, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly present, display, and distribute the User Materials, as well as to incorporate them (in whole or in part) in any form, by any means, or using any technology, whether known now or developed in the future.
    
    These provisions do not apply to the User's personal data, which will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, as indicated in the privacy policy on the Site.
    
    The following activities are expressly prohibited for the User: - for example, but not limited to - uploading, communicating, transmitting, and/or publishing on the Site or through it:
    
    - information and materials of a sexual, pornographic, blasphemous, defamatory, misleading, vulgar, obscene, or offensive nature;
    
    - offenses, insults, or threats;
    
    - content and materials related to violent acts, mistreatment, child pornography, or the sale, distribution, or promotion of weapons or drugs;
    
    - content and materials related to advertising, market research, or prize contests;
    
    - pyramid communications or chain letters (so-called "S. Antonio chains");
    
    - fraudulent or criminal offers;
    
    - musical files, software, images (still or moving), literary or artistic works, or other content and materials protected by applicable laws (including copyright) unless the User is the exclusive owner of the rights to such content and/or materials or has received all necessary permissions for their use;
    
    - content and/or materials of any kind that contain personal or confidential information of third parties, whether individuals or legal entities, including phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, other Users' account numbers, passwords, and financial information, except for personal information provided by the User related to registration or the creation of an Account;
    
    - computer programs, files, and other materials that have destructive or disruptive characteristics such as viruses, manipulated files, and generally anything that could harm the integrity or functionality of the Site or the communication on it.
    
    In case of violation (or even suspicion of violation) of these provisions, CCW reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, or cancel the User's access to the Site or their Account, as well as to block access to or use of the respective Content, with the possibility of forwarding the User's Materials to the competent authorities for further investigation.
    
    CCW also reserves the right to forbid and/or prevent the transmission, distribution, dissemination, uploading, presentation, or saving of User Materials on or through the Site, and to remove from the Site any User Materials that CCW deems inadmissible, inappropriate, or unpleasant according to its sole and discretionary judgment.
     
12. Responsibility
    
    The User assumes full responsibility for any damages related to the type, characteristics, and/or compatibility of the hardware and software used to access and use the Site, and for the payment of telephone charges and other network fees necessary to access the Site and use its content.
    
    The texts, information, materials, and other content published or accessible through the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute official information, unless otherwise indicated on the Site.
    
    The User further assumes all civil, criminal, and administrative responsibility for any damages resulting, consequent, and/or connected to injuries to persons (including CCW and the User themselves) and/or property arising from access to the Site and/or use of the Content available through the Site (including those made available or transmitted by other Users or third parties via links, etc.), for using services provided by third parties (also through links or other connections to the Site), as well as for unauthorized, non-compliant, and/or illegal use of the services provided by CCW.
    
    The User therefore expressly exempts CCW from any responsibility for damages of any nature resulting or derived from the use of the Site, including damages to third parties and to the Site itself, and agrees to indemnify and hold CCW and its personnel harmless from any claims, actions, reasons, and/or demands made by anyone regarding accidents, damage, or injuries (including those to the Site itself) resulting from accessing and/or using the Site or its available Content.
    
    In particular, the User will be solely responsible (and will therefore indemnify CCW) for any damage caused by:
    
    - the use, uploading (upload), transmission, and/or use of information, materials, and/or content from the User themselves (User Materials);
    
    - unauthorized access (including by minors) to the Site, the Account, and/or the areas reserved for the User;
    
    - automatic forwarding and/or spreading of communications and/or viruses or other invasive or destructive computer programs to the Site or third-party computer systems.
    
    In no case will CCW be held responsible for damages caused by the User to third parties due to erroneous, unauthorized, and/or illegal access to and/or use of the Site, or from accessing and/or using Content available through the Site.
     
13. Warranties
    
    The Site and its Content are made available according to the quality and quantity characteristics determined by CCW. Therefore, CCW does not provide any warranty regarding:
    
    - the adequacy and accessibility of the Site by the User or its availability for use in any location;
    
    - the absence of computer viruses or other harmful programs, components, and elements from the Site and/or the servers hosting it;
    
    - the correctness and/or update of any text, information, and/or statement contained on the Site or accessible through it;
    
    - the constant and uninterrupted availability of the Content on the Site.
    
    CCW does not guarantee, and cannot be held responsible for, any loss, deletion, elimination, or failure to transmit and/or provide content, materials, and/or information inserted, uploaded (upload), or transmitted through the Site, regardless of whether this occurs due to malfunctions, viruses, unauthorized access by third parties, or otherwise.
     
14. Links to and from the Site
    
    The User is expressly prohibited from creating any type of electronic, computer, and/or telematic link (e.g., hypertext links) to or from the Site without the express authorization of CCW.
    
    CCW or third parties (authorized by CCW) may create or establish links to or from this Site (to or from other sites or resources on the internet managed by third parties). The creation of these links does not imply any acceptance or approval by CCW of other sites or their contents, nor the existence of any economic/legal relationship with the third-party manager.
    
    Acceptance by the User of a link to another external site on the Site occurs at the User's sole risk and responsibility.
    
    CCW does not assume any responsibility for damages caused to the User and/or third parties from linking to external sites and resources or from accessing their contents, materials, and services. CCW also does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy, updating, legality, or decency of the contents, materials, and information present or available on linked external sites and resources.
     
15. Availability and Revocation of Access to the Site
    
    CCW reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, and/or revoke, at any time and at its sole discretion, the User's access to and use of the Site or the related Account.
     
16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    
    These Terms are governed by Italian law.
    
    Any dispute regarding these Terms (or any additional terms and conditions on the Site, including those related to their validity, effectiveness, interpretation, and/or execution) is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, with the express exclusion of any other judicial authority.
